Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Vistex Functional Consultant position for our client.
Location: Rochester, MN
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Vistex solutions supporting rebates, billbacks, deals, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and incentive programs.
  • Configure customer rebate programs, accrual calculation methods, claims, and incentive processes.
  • Integrate Vistex programs with SAP SD pricing procedures and FI postings.
  • Configure and support claim validation processes and troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Design master data dependencies for pricing agreements, customer programs, and eligibility requirements.
  • Configure SAP pricing procedures for order-related promotions and other sales incentives.
  • Perform end-to-end functional configuration and implementation of Vistex solutions within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP Vistex, SD, and SCM solutions.
  • Develop functional designs, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and related project deliverables.
  • Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Support Vistex upgrades and assess solution readiness for SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business users to resolve integration and configuration issues.
  • Help optimize sales, distribution, pricing, rebate, and incentive processes to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Skills:
  • Strong SAP Vistex functional configuration experience.
  • Expertise with customer rebates, billbacks, deals, TPM, and incentive programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD pricing and integration with FI postings.
  • Experience configuring accrual calculation methods and claim validation.
  • Experience with SAP pricing procedures and order-related promotions.
  • Knowledge of Vistex master data dependencies and program eligibility.
  • Experience integrating Vistex with SAP SD and related business processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience supporting Vistex upgrades and S/4HANA migration readiness activities.
  • Ability to create functional designs and support testing and hypercare activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and configuring end-to-end SAP Vistex solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Vistex functionality within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience working with SAP SD, pricing, rebates, incentives, and FI integration.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, developing functional solutions, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting implementations, testing, production deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience with SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions is preferred.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience and SAP/Vistex certifications may be considered.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $156,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
