Key Responsibilities
  • Load and maintain customer-specific pricing based on requests from sales associates or council associates as needed.
  • Generate and distribute the monthly Price Override Report for inclusion in Employee Weekly communications.
  • Deliver training to sales associates in pricing fundamentals and decision-making.
  • Facilitate price override reviews with branch managers and sales teams to ensure consistency and margin protection.
  • Review Net Pricing and Customer-Specific Pricing reports monthly and provide actionable insights to sales associates.
  • Evaluate new products added to Capital's inventory and establish appropriate pricing logic.
  • Set up new customer accounts with standardized pricing structures.
  • Maintain Web Anonymous pricing logic, including IMAP pricing configurations.
  • Serve as backup for commodity cost reviews during Chuck Sisler's absence.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Rebate Group as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
    • Basic formulas and data manipulation techniques
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage pricing data accurately
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
