Successful Candidate Attributes:
•Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
•Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
•History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
Loan Officer Requirements:
•An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
