What are the typical responsibilities of a Realtor Cleaning professional?

Realtor Cleaning professionals are responsible for thoroughly cleaning residential or commercial properties before open houses, showings, or new tenant move-ins. This includes deep-cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, washing windows, dusting, and ensuring all areas of the property are free of debris and odors. You may also be tasked with specialty services like carpet shampooing or preparing outdoor spaces. Most often, you will work independently or as part of a small team, sometimes coordinating closely with realtors to meet tight deadlines for property showings. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in transforming spaces and supporting real estate teams.

Is $50 an hour good for house cleaning?

For a house cleaning job, earning $50 an hour is considered above average in many regions, where typical rates range from $20 to $40 per hour. Factors such as location, experience, and the scope of work influence whether this rate is competitive.

How much to charge to clean a 6000 sq ft office?

Realtor cleaning services typically charge between $0.10 and $0.25 per square foot, so cleaning a 6,000 sq ft office would cost approximately $600 to $1,500. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, eco-friendly cleaning products, and sometimes OSHA safety certifications are useful assets. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and customer service orientation help you stand out when working closely with realtors and property owners. These skills ensure properties are presented at their best, leading to satisfied clients and repeat business in a fast-paced real estate environment.

This typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and sometimes minor touch-ups like window cleaning. The goal is to make the property spotless and appealing to potential buyers or renters. Realtors often hire cleaning professionals to enhance a home's marketability and help it sell faster.

What is the highest paid cleaner?

Realtor cleaning is typically performed by professional cleaning services or independent cleaners, and the highest paid cleaners are often those with specialized skills, extensive experience, or working in high-end or luxury properties. Salaries can vary widely based on location, reputation, and the complexity of the cleaning tasks, with some top cleaners earning significantly more through premium services or contracts.
