Join our team as a Yardi Systems Administrator and play a key role in supporting and optimizing enterprise property management systems. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Yardi, RealPage, and business systems who enjoy combining technology, training, and process improvement to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable systems, improve workflows, and provide end-user support across a multifamily real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Yardi, RealPage, and related property management systems.

  • Manage user access, security roles, property setup, and Help Desk support for property management, accounting, and asset management teams.

  • Deliver system training, onboarding, and ongoing user support to ensure successful adoption of property management software and best practices.

  • Analyze real estate data, occupancy trends, rental performance, and financial reports to support business decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system integrations, workflows, and operational efficiency.

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software in a multifamily real estate or property management environment.

  • Strong experience with:

    • Yardi

    • RealPage

    • Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

    • SQL

    • Database Management

    • System Administration

  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to travel locally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multifamily property management operations.

  • Experience delivering software training and end-user onboarding.

  • Experience with business process improvement and systems optimization.
