Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Practice Technology Specialist to join the firm as part of our Information Technology team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
    • This position will proactively develop and implement best practices and workflows for all Corgan Offices. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing BIM leadership and mentoring to staff of all levels. They will develop strong business relationships and enhance day-to-day operations in the firm by being a conscientious, dependable, organized and detail-oriented team player.
    • This position will provide guidance to the firm's designers throughout the preliminary design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration and project closeout phases for a wide range of project types including aviation, corporate, data centers, education, healthcare, multi-family and interior design studios.
    • This position will support architects and interior designers in practice technology implementation throughout the design and construction process. The selected candidate will provide technical assistance through in-person, phone, and instant message communication.
    • This position will be a vocal advocate for practice technology best practices. The selected candidate will conduct training sessions in their local office, as well as other Corgan offices through targeted travel.

Qualifications
    • This role is an in-office position
    • Architectural or Interior Design Degree plus 4+ years of experience in professional environment

    • Advanced Autodesk Revit experience

    • Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) experience

    • Newforma Project Center and/or Konekt experience (preferred)

    • Rhino experience (preferred)

    • Professional graphics (Adobe or Affinity Suite) editing experience (preferred)

    • Experience with sustainability analysis tools (preferred)

    • Training experience (preferred)

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 annually - Los Angeles, CA location only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
