If you enjoy being the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps everything moving smoothly, you'll love this role.
What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll take ownership of the transaction process from start to finish
  • Managing residential real estate transactions from listing to closing
  • Reviewing contracts, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy and compliance

  • Tracking deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth, on-time closings
  • Keeping files audit-ready and fully compliant with brokerage and state requirements
  • Problem-solving proactively when challenges arise
  • Maintaining organized digital records in our transaction management systems
  • Supporting agents with documentation, timelines, and process clarity
  • Identifying smarter, more efficient ways to improve workflows
  • Upholding the elevated service standards that define Summit Sotheby's
This is a role where your organization, foresight, and follow-through directly impact the success of every deal.

  • Strong knowledge of Nevada contracts and compliance (Idaho, Utah, or California experience is a plus)
  • The ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision
  • A calm, solutions-first mindset
  • High accountability and attention to detail
  • A desire to grow long-term within real estate operations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different personalities
  • Confidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple products
  • A natural curiosity about systems and technology that increase efficiency

Most importantly, you take pride in your work and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
