Job description

This position requires a Bachelor of Science and 5 years' experience with Real Property Maintenance at a USAF air base or major DOD facility including preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) and service calls for facility maintenance for all real property.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead duties including, but not limited to:
  1. Manage a USAF Base real property maintenance
  2. Knowledge of and experience with managing a team with multiple functions to include preventive and corrective property maintenance.
  3. Knowledge of and experience with managing a budget for real property maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  1. Knowledge of USAF real property management and maintenance
  2. Knowledge of and experience managing a team with multiple functions
  3. Knowledge of and experience with real property facility service calls.

Minimum Job Requirements:
1. This position requires a BS
2. 5 years' experience with Real Property Maintenance at a USAF air base or major DOD facility including preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) and service calls for facility maintenance for all real property.
3. Experience with service calls to support DOD base facilities.
