A Real Estate Videography job involves capturing high-quality video footage of properties to help market and sell homes, commercial spaces, or rental units. Videographers use professional equipment to showcase a property's best features, often incorporating aerial drone shots, walkthrough tours, and cinematic editing. A real estate videographer may work as a freelancer or be employed by an agency, collaborating closely with realtors and property owners.

What skills and qualifications are needed for real estate videography?

To thrive as a Real Estate Videographer, you need strong videography skills, a keen eye for composition and detail, and experience with video editing, typically supported by a relevant portfolio or formal training. Creative vision, reliability, and excellent communication skills help you collaborate effectively with real estate agents and clients. These skills are crucial for producing high-quality, marketable property videos that attract buyers and satisfy client expectations.
