  • Maintain consistency and quality across all projects
  • Deliver a high-end, white-glove client experience

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Standard photoshoots: $25 per unit (each unit = 60 minutes of on-site time)
  • Drone-certified rate: $30 per unit
  • Luxury video work: $35 per unit
  • Additional services: Varies depending on project scope
  • Travel time between shoots: $20/hour (paid in 15-minute increments)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate videography (required)
  • Strong photography skills (required)
  • Drone proficiency (required)
  • Advanced understanding of lighting, composition, and camera movement
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Professional, polished, and client-facing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can manage time and workload independently
  • Comfortable driving daily across a large service area

  • Opportunity to consistently produce cinematic, portfolio-level work
  • Be part of a growing, professional media team
  • Strong earning potential based on skill and output
  • Paid training and clear advancement path
  • Travel time and mileage reimbursement included
