Job description

Description
Listing & Transaction Coordinator for Award-Winning Local Team
About Us
At HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh, we're in the people business as much as the real estate business. Since 2015, we've grown from two partners to a team of 30, helped over 1,100 local families sell their homes, and been recognized along the way by TribLive's Best of the Best Real Estate Companies and the Pittsburgh Business Times' Best Places to Work.
We're vertically integrated across every side of the business - acquisitions, construction, property management, a 300+ door rental portfolio. Every house we buy gets renovated by our team, managed by our team, and sold or rented by our team.
We live these values every day:
  • Believe in Yourself, Your Team, and the Process
  • Over-Deliver for Our Customers
  • Be a Problem Solver, Take Initiative
  • No Bad Attitudes, Good Vibes Only
  • Collaboration Over Competition
  • Keep Learning and Improving
  • Always Do the Right Thing

The Seat
Our sales team is on the phone all day negotiating. You run the machine behind them.
Every house we buy has to get listed, marketed, updated, and papered - and none of that happens while someone's on a call working a buyer. That's your operation. You get properties live, you keep them accurate while they sit on the market, you handle the paperwork the moment an offer comes in, and you hand our transaction coordinator a clean file to close.
You'll manage 40 to 50 active listings at any given time. Price drops, status changes, new photos, compliance, showing requests, offers coming in from three directions - that's your board, and you own it.
If you're the person in your current office everyone quietly relies on - the one who notices what nobody else tracked - this is the seat.
To Complete Your Application, you'll complete a short Google Form and submit a 1-3 minute video introducing yourself, your experience, and why you're excited about this seat. We're looking forward to meeting you.
Responsibilities
$48
Qualifications
• Pennsylvania real estate license, or willing to obtain one within 90 days - we'll cover the cost
• Prior experience coordinating real estate transactions; closing coordination experience is a strong plus
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail - catching what everyone else missed is the core of this job
• Comfortable on the phone with buyers, sellers, agents, and contractors; this is not an inbox-only role
• Able to keep dozens of moving pieces straight without someone checking in on you
• Experience with MLS entry and compliance preferred
• Comfortable in real estate software; we run in a couple of different systems and will train you on both
