From decoding audiences to designing bold strategies, Orchestra integrates people, platforms, and stories that stick to help clients build lasting influence. The company offers programs that span from the highest level strategic business counsel through to tactical execution. Orchestra brings together 700+ people with experience across consumer and lifestyle, technology, nonprofit and philanthropy, real estate, sports, travel, hospitality, and more. Made up of leading firms BerlinRosen, Civitas Public Affairs Group, Derris, Glen Echo Group, Inkhouse, M18, Message Lab, Onward and Small Girls PR. It also launched Brightmode, a talent acquisition firm for communications professionals, and Versus Media Group, a strategy-first political media team. Learn more at www.orchestraco.com.
People of all backgrounds and abilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Orchestra is committed to building and maintaining a diverse staff, and recognizes that its continued success depends on hiring and retaining high-quality creative professionals with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Opportunities for advancement exist, and we are committed to helping all staff develop and grow.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Vice President, Paid Media to join our Real Estate team. In this role you will think big and craft creative advertising strategies and smart media plans that drive impactful, measurable results for our clients. From leading thoughtful brainstorms to analyzing quantitative data, you will take on advertising projects from start to finish for leading companies and thought leaders across a wide range of real estate-focused businesses.
Our clients include many of the nation's most influential luxury residential and market-defining commercial developments, alongside leading private equity and financial institutions, publicly traded REITs, family offices, and venture-backed platforms. We advise across every major asset class - from marquee residential portfolios and mixed-use districts to best-in-class office, industrial, retail, and civic and entertainment destinations. Real estate is the foundation of our practice, with a perspective that extends across the broader built environment - spanning architecture and design, capital markets, technology, public affairs, nonprofit leadership, urbanism, and placemaking.
This role will be responsible for helping to build out Orchestra's Real Estate paid channel capabilities, in coordination and collaboration with the Orchestra Paid team. You will work across the approximately 50-person Real Estate Practice to enhance the team's existing owned and paid channel work, while also proactively supporting new business development opportunities. You will have a high level of strategic influence in both the account work, as well as the structure, growth and development of the real estate team's paid services, utilizing the full set of resources and capabilities of the Orchestra Paid platform.
This role is unique in its ability to define the paid media strategies across the real estate practice - which defines the communications strategies for some of the most transformative city-shaping projects in the country. You will be a team leader that helps set the direction of our paid work moving forward, while also building out a team with your own vision and expertise. We are an extremely motivated, entrepreneurial team within a rapidly growing, multi-disciplinary firm.
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Real Estate team is in-office 3 days per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As a Vice President, Paid Media on the Real Estate team, you will...

    • Join weekly calls, present findings and proactive suggestions, actively participate in strategic conversations and collaborate to solve problems
  • Develop paid media strategies, translating short- and long-term client goals to digital tactics and KPIs, while advancing comprehensive work plans for internal and external teams
    • Paid media strategies and tactics will be tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences. Campaign audiences may include real estate brokers, investors and institutional capital; industry specific brands such as tech, FIRE or retail; consumers from across specific geographies.
  • Create advertising strategies and media plans from scratch, taking big picture ideas and identifying the digital platforms and tactics that will help meet goals
  • Manage and advise junior staff on the execution and optimization of omnichannel campaigns across a variety of platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and more
  • Create and review detailed reports, providing the big-picture analysis, recommendations and actionable takeaways to senior client contacts
  • Work with the accounts team to stay up-to-date on all client news, events and priorities
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot in ads platforms when crises inevitably arise
  • Collaborate with colleagues across organic social and earned media
  • Stay on top of advertising trends and ever-changing platform trends and best practices; regularly share updates to internal and client teams on changes or new opportunities

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • 8+ years of experience in the planning, buying and executing of advertising campaigns on Meta, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms (StackAdapt, MiQ, Viant, etc) with proven success in the real estate industry
  • Experience managing multiple clients and competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of company staff, clients and vendors
  • Reliable self-organization systems and meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
  • Experience (directly/indirectly) managing staff, with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor team members
  • A collaborative leadership style and demonstrated ability to align teams toward shared performance goals
  • Positive approach to problem solving

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $135,000-$150,000
