How to become a real estate tax professional?

To become a real estate tax professional, typically one needs a background in accounting, finance, or real estate, along with knowledge of property tax laws and regulations. Earning relevant certifications such as the Certified Property Tax Professional (CPTP) or state-specific licenses can enhance credibility.
