As a Real Estate Services Team Counselor, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to associates participating in our Real Estate Services Team (REST) program. In this role, you'll coordinate and oversee all aspects of ADP's in-house real estate benefit program, helping associates buy, sell, and finance their personal real estate properties. You'll partner with associates and service providers to deliver a seamless experience while providing expert guidance throughout the home sale, home purchase, mortgage, and moving processes.

What you'll do:
  • Communicates and administers ADP REST policy to Associates including home sale/home purchase benefits, mortgage and moving services
  • Coordinate the home-marketing program including: Set up real estate agents, analyze comparable market analysis to determine effective marketing strategies, assist with home-sale contracts, assist with potential problems and source solutions, review inspection results, appraisals, closing documents, implement referral fee program and provide world class service
  • Coordinate the home-purchase program including: Set up area tours, assign real estate agents, guide associates on "buying smart", review inspection results, appraisals, closing documents, implement referral fee program and provide world class service
  • Coordinate and manage all service providers including, but not limited to, movers, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys

Experience. You have 5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Experience in real estate, or a combination of real estate and related experience in relocation, mobility, or mortgage lending, including verifiable sales history and a strong track record of client service and transaction management.
  • Real Estate License
  • Strong marketing and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to manage a significant case load
  • Strong expertise analyzing CMA's and appraisals to determine market strategies as well as offer guidance in home sales and home purchases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, real estate professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality support throughout the relocation process.
  • Professional, results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and project outcomes.
  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.

For additional comfortability in the role:
  • CRP designation.
  • Adobe Suite or Graphic Design software experience.
