You'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Compensation:

$95,000 Commission based income


Responsibilities:
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Convert opportunities into clients by consistently following up, building relationships, and moving prospects through the pipeline.
  • Host open houses to meet buyers, create connections, and position yourself as the local market expert.
  • Guide the transaction by serving as the key point of contact between buyer and seller from the first conversation to closing.
  • Match buyers with the right homes by understanding their goals and presenting properties that fit their needs and budget.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Active Real Estate License required.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and people skills—someone who builds trust quickly.
  • Coachable, collaborative, and thrives in a team environment.
