Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Ocean View, DE, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate, including conducting property showings, preparing market analyses, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining and growing a referral network, managing listings in MLS systems, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals. The agent will also create and implement marketing plans for properties, attend team meetings and training sessions, and ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and brokerage policies.

Qualifications

  • Possess an active Real Estate License in the state of Delaware & or Maryland or be willing and eligible to obtain one.
