Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the full listing process with professionalism, care, and strategy
  • Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies that maximize results
  • Leverage Thrive’s professional marketing assets and platforms to showcase homes
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into listing appointments
  • Prospect, follow up, and build new business opportunities through Thrive systems and your own efforts
  • Negotiate contracts skillfully to achieve the best outcome for clients
  • Maintain consistent communication and service from the first appointment through closing

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and lead-generation tools (we use Follow Up Boss)
  • Strong knowledge of local market trends and pricing strategy
