Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Atlanta, GA | Initially Remote | Future Hybrid

Salary: Commensurate with experience

JRP-Atlanta is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a successful and growing commercial real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Atlanta.

Our client specializes in acquiring, developing, and managing industrial commercial real estate throughout the Southeast and is seeking its first full-time Administrative Assistant / Office Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the company's founder while helping build the operational foundation for a growing entrepreneurial business.

This is more than a traditional administrative position. We're seeking a highly organized professional who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and becoming an integral part of a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations
  • Organize company records and electronic filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Process invoices and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate with vendors, lenders, accountants, brokers, contractors, and other business partners
  • Maintain acquisition pipeline tracking and company databases
  • Organize due diligence files and property documentation
  • Track important deadlines, renewals, licenses, and company obligations
  • Help establish scalable administrative systems and processes
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
  • Degree preferred but will accept education and experience in lieu of
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial real estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience supporting an entrepreneur or small business owner is highly desirable
