Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program and apply its principles in daily activities.
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead-generation systems each week.
  • Advise prospective buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and help them find suitable properties.
  • Represent buyers and sellers during negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, client interactions, and activities within PLACE Technology.
  • Host at least two open houses each month and follow up with attendees.
  • Turn prospecting and lead-generation efforts into qualified appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls in accordance with team standards.
  • Meet with sellers to secure listings, develop marketing plans, and provide guidance on pricing, staging, and related listing services.

  • Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and recommending effective solutions
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities
  • Confident and effective in addressing and overcoming objections
