Responsibilities
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential luxury property clients with a servant heart.
  • Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Negotiate and facilitate the sales process, including managing offers, counteroffers, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and administrative staff, to create effective marketing materials and ensure a seamless transaction process.
