  • Liaise with sellers, brokers, investors, and seller attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Provide legal support in the acquisition, development, and disposition of properties
  • Maintain accountability for meeting company targets and goals

 

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Admission to the Alabama state bar (or eligibility to become admitted)
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
