Are you a construction or real estate professional looking to move from project execution into the ownership side of commercial real estate?
A highly respected Memphis-based family office is seeking a Real Estate Associate to support acquisitions, development projects, construction management, site selection, and portfolio initiatives across a multi-state real estate platform.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate ownership, including acquisitions, development, leasing, construction, and long-term portfolio strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as an extension of ownership while helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What We're Looking For
  • Approximately 3-7 years of experience in construction, development, project management, corporate real estate, or related fields
  • Ground-up commercial, industrial, site development, or similar project experience preferred
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Excel and construction project management software
  • Ability to travel as projects require
