**NO AGENCIES PLEASE**

A Day in the Life

The Real Estate Capital Markets (RECM) team brings together a range of perspectives — real estate, finance, bankruptcy, corporate, regulatory, and tax. Whether closing commercial real estate loans, buying or selling loans and loan portfolios, conducting due diligence for large multi-property and multi-loan transactions, administering assets pledged under master repurchase facilities, or securitizing and servicing loans as master or special servicer, the team works to get deals done in a timely and efficient manner.
