ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – REAL ESTATE

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Tampa. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.


Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
  • 2-6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
  • Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leases
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leases
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments
