To thrive as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with real estate processes, often supported by a high school diploma or associate degree. Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and multiple listing service (MLS) platforms is typically required. These skills ensure smooth office operations, accurate documentation, and a positive client experience in a fast-paced real estate environment.
