ReactJS Lead 

We are looking for a highly experienced ReactJS Lead with a strong technical foundation in React and Next.js and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive front-end architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern, scalable user interfaces using React, Next.js, and supporting libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
  • Architect reusable, efficient, and high-performance components while ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design mockups and product requirements into robust front-end solutions.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows to maintain high code quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct regular code reviews, and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern testing libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Drive the development of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensuring reliability and performance across browsers and devices.
  • Own the performance and optimization strategy for React components and pages to deliver fast, responsive applications.
  • Take ownership of debugging and troubleshooting complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of bugs and production incidents.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in the React ecosystem, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and introduce innovations where appropriate.
  • Act as a key contributor in planning, estimation, and technical discussions, influencing the technical roadmap and project direction.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in React and Next.js development, with at least 1+ year in a technical leadership or senior developer role.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Strong understanding of application state management (Redux, Context API).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage codebases, and deliver production-grade applications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 49,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 171,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
