Job description

Schedule:

  • 3PM-1:30AM with Mon, Tue, Wed OFF, must be able to work on weekends.

Pay: $22 - 23.50/hr DOE + $1.50/hr (Shift Differential)

Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate a Crown stand-up high reach forklift to safely move products, equipment, and materials throughout the facility

  • Put away palletized units by lifting forks and placing them into racks above floor height, including upper reserve and double-deep locations

  • Pick palletized units from elevated rack locations and prepare them for outbound shipment

  • Safely remove pallets from storage locations while maintaining product integrity and adherence to safety protocols

  • Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system to track inventory, including product counts, weights, and condition

  • Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, or other lifting devices

  • Perform up-stacking and down-stacking in pick locations to maintain efficient inventory flow

  • Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklists to ensure safe operation

  • Monitor battery charge levels, perform basic battery maintenance and cleaning, and return equipment to designated charging stations

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and assist with other material handling equipment and machinery as required

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies

  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures within warehouse operations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • Experience operating stand-up high reach or double-deep forklifts preferred

  • Familiarity with RF scanning systems and warehouse inventory processes

  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20F (-25C) in cold storage to 100F (37C) in dry storage, while wearing required PPE and freezer gear

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kg) (or more depending on facility requirements)

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts as needed

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
