Job Summary
An organization in Greeley, CO is seeking a Records Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting filing, records organization, product documentation, and e-commerce posting tasks. The Records Coordinator will work in a supportive environment where accuracy, dependability, and initiative are highly valued. This role offers hands-on exposure to administrative records management, product photography support, and Shopify posting, making it a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys structured office work with a digital component.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and file records accurately according to established administrative processes.
- Assist with product documentation, including taking pictures of products for online posting.
- Upload and maintain product information on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Support administrative projects that require strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Work independently while managing daily priorities and project-based deadlines.
- Communicate with team members as needed to clarify tasks, resolve issues, and keep work moving efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
