The goal of this position are to assist moderate to high risk formerly incarcerated individuals, who are returning to St. Tammany and Orleans Parishes, in order to help prevent recidivation.What You'll Do:Conduct prison in-reach sessions with clients to begin assessing their needs upon their release.
