Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose:

To provide supervision, leadership, and program management to meet the needs of the residents in Phase 2 components of Brighton Recovery Center for Women (BRC) as well as alumni. The Recovery Services Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising Case Manager(s) as well as Peer Mentors. The Recovery Services Supervisor will be cross-trained with the Intake Supervisor for support, coverage, and to share responsibilities. Additionally, the Recovery Services Supervisor will make sure that effective service delivery is provided while maintaining a focus on the agency's mission and core values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and daily program operations to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure the stability and consistency of the program model.
  • Train and supervise Peer Mentors and case manager(s)
  • Facilitate classes and/or groups. Support the responsibilities of the direct report staff and Peer Mentors when necessary.
  • Conduct and utilize appropriate assessment skills and techniques.
  • Ensure resident surveys and data are up to date.
  • Maintain case records, complete discharge forms, incident reports and distribute information as appropriate.
  • Track and monitor the progress of customers.
  • Ensure contract compliance.
  • Participate in employee and department meetings, training, Change Team meetings, agency activities, and fundraising efforts to develop their leadership skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • College experience and supervision experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with various issues, including parenting, mental health, domestic violence, and chemical dependency treatment recovery preferred.
  • Must complete Recovery Dynamics training and additional re-entry program training.
  • Ability to work with persons in a manner that shows sensitivity to cultural diversity, sexual orientation, and racial/ethnic differences.
  • If in recovery, must have maintained a minimum continuous sobriety of one year and work an active recovery program.
