Box Truck Delivery Driver (26ft Refrigerated Truck) | Home Daily | Earn $70,000+ Annually

At RDP Foodservice, our drivers are the backbone of our business. We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Box Truck Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer -facing foodservice delivery role where your effort directly impacts your earnings.

If you're an experienced Box Truck Delivery Driver looking for strong earning potential, consistent routes, and leadership that knows your name, this is worth a conversation.

Job Highlights

  • $27.00 per hour guaranteed training rate and minimum base. Earn more based on performance.
  • Performance-based bonuses for drivers who put safety first and show up consistently - up to $6,000 annually
  • Monday – Friday schedule
  • Home Daily
  • Stable routes and established customers

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday – Friday
  • Most routes begin between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
  • End times vary based on route volume, customer needs, and operational requirements

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a 26ft refrigerated delivery truck and other company vehicles as needed.
  • Deliver foodservice products to customer locations using a two-wheel dolly.
  • Complete routes averaging 400 to 550 cases per day.
  • Service consists of approximately 6 to 12 customers per route.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing RDP Foodservice professionally.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and route records.
  • Utilize company technology and delivery systems as required.
  • Maintain proper temperature controls and food safety standards.
  • Pick up inbound freight and complete scheduled backhauls when assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with transportation management regarding route issues, delays, or customer concerns.
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles in a clean, safe, and professional condition.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to operate a two-wheel dolly and maneuver products up and down delivery ramps.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous route delivery experience preferred but not required.
