Job Description RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector in Covert, MI. This is a full-time direct-hire field-based assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation, and holidays.

Overview of YOUR role as an Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector As an Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector, you will perform ASME/NB shop and field inspection services for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel (BPV) Code, National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), and jurisdictional repair/replacement requirements. You will monitor and verify quality assurance programs and document inspection activities accurately and timely. As an Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector YOU will: Perform shop and field inspections in accordance with ASME/NB codes and client quality assurance programs Review, verify, and implement the manufacturer's written quality assurance programs and/or design specifications Monitor client compliance with applicable code and jurisdictional requirements Ensure accurate documentation of all inspection activities per company policies Maintain and enhance knowledge of applicable ASME BPV Code sections, NBIC, and jurisdictional regulations YOU are the ideal Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector candidate if you have: A current National Board Authorized Inspector Commission with "N" and "R" Endorsements At least one year of experience as a qualified Authorized Nuclear Inspector in ASME BPV Code-related work Knowledge of ASME BPV Code Section XI and applicable Code Cases A minimum of one year of experience with quality assurance requirements and shop/field repair processes Strong communication skills and the ability to work productively with clients Proficiency with standard software suites and the ability to learn internal reporting systems It's a BONUS if you have: An "I" Endorsement from the National Board Additional internal training or continuing education in ASME/NB codes About Our CLIENT Our Client is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, committed to ensuring quality, health and safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility across a wide range of industries.
