We’re seeking dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for opportunities in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for professionals looking for consistent hours with flexible scheduling options across all shifts in a residential setting.
Position Highlights- Location: Santa Rosa, CA
- Setting: Residential Group Homes
- Schedule Options: Part-Time or Full-Time (32–40 hours per week)
Shifts Available:
- AM: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- NOC: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Provide direct behavioral support to residents in accordance with individualized behavior plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under supervision
- Support residents with daily living activities and skill development
- Monitor and document behaviors, progress, and incidents accurately
- Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams on care and behavior plans
- Assist with structured programming and therapeutic activities throughout shifts
