RBT (Residential Home Setting) | Part Time/Full Time | $28/hour | Santa Rosa, CA

Part-Time or Full-Time | 32–40 Hours/Week | All Shifts Available

We’re seeking dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for opportunities in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for professionals looking for consistent hours with flexible scheduling options across all shifts in a residential setting.

Position Highlights
  • Location: Santa Rosa, CA
  • Setting: Residential Group Homes
  • Schedule Options: Part-Time or Full-Time (32–40 hours per week)

Shifts Available:

  • AM: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • PM: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • NOC: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Role Focus
  • Provide direct behavioral support to residents in accordance with individualized behavior plans
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under supervision
  • Support residents with daily living activities and skill development
  • Monitor and document behaviors, progress, and incidents accurately
  • Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams on care and behavior plans
  • Assist with structured programming and therapeutic activities throughout shifts
  • Follow all safety protocols and mandated reporting guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid CA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, ABA, or human services preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and observational skills
  • Reliable and flexible with scheduling
