Essential Duties:

  • Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for food and packaging
  • Own supplier relationships to consistently improve supply performance: Cost/Service/Innovation
  • Direct and influence cross functional departments
  • Constant evaluation of contracts and deals to better serve the franchisee network
  • Coordinate formal RFP process to ensure better price and quality
  • Create long term strategies to support FHS growth
  • Maintain and verify supplier pricing and formulas
  • Responsible for key performance indicators

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance,Marketing,or related field
  • 3-5 years of procurement, supply chain, finance,or consulting experience
  • Advanced ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data, to build actionable reccomendations
  • Must have excellent interpersonal,oral,and written skills; include formal presentation experience with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel,Word,and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook, any experience with ArrowStream's system/data or any other Supply Chain Technology Software is a plus
  • Ability to build a positive work environment and maintain strong cross functional working relationships
  • Job responsibility requires travel, up to 20% of time
  • Preferred: previous negotiation experience
