Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $800000.00

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.


Opportunity Highlights

·        No current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demand

·        Immediate case volume

·        ASC to be utilized whenever possible; hospital OR as needed

·        Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians

·        Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs

·        Approximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons

·        Emphasis on OR time over clinic time

·        Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists

·        8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic Ors

·        No OB services—no emergency C-section disruptions


Compensation

·        Up to $800K Base salary—earning potential 1M+

·        2 year guarantee then % of collections. ~50%

·        Up to 50K Sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance available
