ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in October 2025 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong culture and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable hands-on experience and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to create.
I attended the University of Arkansas and am a big Razorbacks football fan. I’m married with a son, and most of my family lives nearby, so staying connected to the community is important to me. We stay involved locally by participating in back-to-school events each July and August, and we have plans to expand our community involvement even more as we grow.
Our team enjoys extra PTO opportunities, a full one-hour lunch break, team outings, free coffee and water, free snacks, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
We’ve built a great team culture that’s supportive, persistent, and caring. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is efficient, self-aware, and competitive, while still showing empathy for others. If you’re looking for a positive environment where you can grow with a new and motivated team, this could be a great place to build your career.
