Job Responsibilities :
The RazerStore Evangelist is the first person customers meet when they enter the store. They are proud to represent the Razer brand and genuinely enjoy helping customers with their Razer products. Building lasting relationships with customers and strengthening their connection to the Razer brand is their top priority
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
  • Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
  • Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Physical Demands:
  • Occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Use hands to operate equipment, including a cash register and handheld scanner.
  • Reach above and below shoulder level.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to stock shelves and retrieve merchandise.
