Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Razer is seeking a highly strategic, culturally fluent, and operationally rigorous Senior Manager Marketing Partnerships (Console) to lead creator, talent partnerships, esports, and athlete strategies across the Console division, setting program strategies that increases product visibility, adoption, and revenue. This role serves as the marketing lead for Console Audio, Console Controllers, and Mobile, developing integrated influencer, creator, and esports strategies that accelerate awareness, engagement, and commercial growth across the business.Acting as the central marketing owner for the Console category partnerships across influencers, esports, talent, and athletes. This role aligns cross-functional marketing teams—including Regional and Global Markeing, KOLs, Social, Paid Media, Gaming Partnerships, Ecommerce, and Product Marketing—around common business objectives and measurable outcomes. While this role does not directly manage these organizations, it provides strategic direction, campaign priorities, performance targets, and ongoing business leadership to ensure every marketing investment contributes to Console growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, own, and manage the creator, influencer, esports, and athlete strategies across the Console division—tied to the Console portfolio, NPI launches, partnerships, and major campaigns—including creator partnerships and campaign planning.Recruit and manage Console-focused creators, ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs); partner with the Global Influencer and Regional teams to leverage the broader creator ecosystem and seeding programs while prioritizing Console business needs; and measure creator performance across awareness, engagement, conversion, and sales impact.Translate brand and business objectives into measurable creator programs that drive audience engagement, conversation, and commercial impact—increasing product visibility, adoption, and revenue.Lead development of go-to-market plans for influencer programs, and define influencer and partnership priorities for NPI launches, and sustain content, including creator seeding, KOL activations, and publisher and gaming partnership tie-ins.Lead development of go-to-market plans for FPS and Console game releases, esports leagues, and tournaments—identifying the key games, product benefits, and influencer and esports partners needed to position Razer in front of the console audience, working with the esports, business development, and global and regional marketing teams to drive execution.Manage high-profile creator and talent integrations from planning through execution—including negotiations, content coordination, activations, and product launches.Build and manage relationships with key gaming creators, streamers, esports organizations, athletes, entertainers, agents, and talent representatives across multiple verticals. Increasing the exposure for Razer’s brand voice, console products and partnerships.Set the seeding briefs and monthly seeding targets for both sustain and NPI launches, partnering with the Global Marketing team to ensure Console Seeding reaches its target audience across all regions.Develop strategic partnerships with game publishers and platform partners, capitalizing on major game launches, esports moments, and cultural gaming events.Manage feedback from influencers and pro players to inform and improve the Console product roadmap and share a clear point of view on how to innovate and lead in the console space.Partner cross-functionally across Paid Media, Regional & Global Marketing, Community, Brand, eCommerce, and Business Development teams—and external partners—to deliver cohesive global campaigns for the Console influencer program.Manage agency partners and oversee campaign execution to ensure work meets Razer's creative, operational, and business standards.Measure creator and campaign performance across awareness, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI, and recommend optimizations based on consumer insights and analytics.Lead marketing planning and business reviews, and present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.Operate effectively across multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously while navigating compressed timelines, shifting priorities, and fast-moving launch environments.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
