EcoServices, LLC-creator and global provider of EcoPower® aircraft engine wash equipment and services-is seeking a strategic and results-driven executive to serve as Vice President of Sales & Customer Service. This role will lead global commercial strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience initiatives across a rapidly expanding aviation services organization.
The ideal candidate is a confident, ambitious, and performance-oriented leader with a proven ability to drive sales growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This executive will bring strong business acumen, a growth mindset, and the agility to scale commercial operations in a dynamic aviation MRO environment.

EcoServices, LLC, a joint venture of ST Engineering North America and Pratt & Whitney Line Maintenance Services, Inc. (a Raytheon company), is the premier provider internationally of on-wing gas turbine aero engine washes. ST Engineering North America- Eco Services, LLC was founded to serve the commercial, military, and business aviation community. We provide our clients with the highest level of service and technology available. Ecopower engine wash technology development began nearly 20 years ago with the goal to make a better, faster, easier, and environmentally responsible engine wash.
What YOU will do
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Management team at EcoServices with a perspective beyond just Sales and Customer Service
  • Lead sales team to implement strategies that maximize opportunities and achieve aggressive sales targets for high growth business.
  • Directly lead campaign for defense/military bids
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of successful customer relationships
  • Develop business plan and sales strategy that ensure attainment of company goals for sales, profitability and order book.
  • Oversee the company's proposal activity including interaction with other functional groups.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales and customer service processes.
  • Support Finance in account collections

What YOU need to be successful:
  • Key Requirement: Candidate should have existing, identifiable relationships with airline customers and defense/military personnel, specifically in key decision-making roles responsible for acquisition of engine maintenance services
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field. A master's degree preferred
  • Experience: 8+ years' aerospace sales experience in the aerospace maintenance sector dealing directly with customers.
  • Other Skills:
  • Unquestionable ethics
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the use & application of financial metrics and business case analyses
  • Proven record of achieving aggressive revenue targets

This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. Estimated salary range for this role: $160,00 to $185,00 per year. This position is also eligible for commission incentive. ST Engineering considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. (The wage range listed above is reflective of all geographic work locations where this position may be based and may not reflect the local market salary range.)
