We’re looking for an organized, motivated HVAC Project Manager / Install Coordinator to help manage our HVAC and electrical installation projects. You’ll work alongside our existing Install Coordinator to keep projects on track and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Order and track HVAC and electrical equipment
  • Collect deposits and manage project documentation
  • File permits, handle registrations, and schedule inspections with townships
  • Assist customers with financing and rebate applications
  • Manage project calendars and schedules
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and office staff

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of project coordination or office experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Background in HVAC, electrical, or construction a plus
