The Sr. Analyst is a foundational contributor within the Rate Management team, responsible for executing routine analytical tasks and supporting broader initiatives through accurate data processing and validation. This role emphasizes the development of core analytical skills, a strong commitment to data integrity, and a focus on process efficiency. It is well-suited for individuals building expertise in data analysis and preparing to take on more autonomous project responsibilities.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Support operational readiness by executing routine data validation and rate analysis tasks across multiple technologies and channels
Assist in the development and maintenance of product offerings by preparing datasets and ensuring consistency in rate structures and regulatory terms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify basic project requirements and support campaign and product content launches
Maintain and update internal tools, controls, and databases to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Contribute to the product creation and maintenance process by preparing documentation and supporting approval workflows
Review customer-facing product content for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed
Support the use of AI tools and automation to improve rate management data processing and reporting accuracy.
Must be available to support outside of core hours as necessary

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

3+ years related work experience preferably in the Competitive/Deregulated Electricity market
1+ years developing and analyzing large-scale customer information systems and processes
1+ years of experience with customer-facing project coordination/management methods required
Demonstrated track record of progressively increasing work responsibility
VBA, SAP, SFDC, and StreamServe experience a plus

Key Metrics

On-time and accurate completion of data validation and rate analysis tasks
Timely preparation and delivery of product build documentation and campaign updates
Compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Accuracy of customer-facing product content and escalation of discrepancies
Effective use of automation tools to improve data processing efficiency
