As a Driving Range Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our practice facility. From collecting and washing golf balls to maintaining a clean, organized range and assisting golfers, you'll help ensure every guest starts their round with a first-class experience.

Position Summary
The Driving Range Attendant is responsible for maintaining the practice facility to the highest standards while providing friendly, professional service to our guests. Working closely with the Golf Operations team, you'll ensure the driving range remains clean, fully stocked, organized, and ready throughout the day.
This is an active, hands-on position that requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and taking pride in maintaining one of the finest public golf practice facilities in Northern California.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Collect driving range balls using range equipment.
  • Wash, sort, and stock golf balls throughout the day.
  • Set up and maintain hitting stations, bag stands, and practice areas.
  • Keep the driving range and surrounding practice facilities clean and organized.
  • Monitor the range for safety and communicate any maintenance needs.
  • Assist guests with questions while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Help maintain practice targets, distance markers, signage, and equipment.
  • Work closely with the Golf Shop and Outside Services teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
  • Perform other golf operations duties as assigned.

  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous golf course or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for golf is a plus, but not necessary-we're happy to teach the right candidate.
