Rancho Bellagio Post Acute
Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Position Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans
  • Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $53-58 per hour, DOE

Qualifications
  • Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapist license
