Lead Luxury Dealership Operations – Oversee sales, service, fixed operations, customer experience, financial performance, and day-to-day dealership execution, while maintaining premium brand standards, and excellent relationships in the community and/or OEM.

What We’re Looking For:

Luxury Automotive General Manager Experience – Required experience as a General Manager or senior dealership executive (five years minimum) within large volume and/or luxury automotive brand(s).

Premium Clientele Expertise – Proven ability to lead high-performance teams delivering elevated, relationship-based experiences for luxury automotive clients.

Strong Business Acumen – Expertise in financial analysis, sales strategy (New Used, and/or Fixed), operational management, forecasting, expense optimization and performance improvement.

Customer-First Leadership – A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, building long-term relationships, and protecting brand reputation.

Inspirational Leadership Style – Ability to set a clear vision, build trust, motivate teams, and consistently achieve ambitious goals.
