Valet Ramp Attendant

Location: Memorial Regional Hospital โ€“ Hollywood, FL
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Fusion Paarking is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Valet Ramp Attendant to support our parking operations and enhance the experience of patients, visitors, and staff at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL.. This role focuses on the intake and documentation of arriving guest vehicles, operating valet software accurately, and assisting guests with a welcoming and safety-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests arriving at the valet area with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Intake arriving vehicles, accurately enter vehicle information into the valet management software, and assign claim ticket numbers or tags.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections upon arrival, documenting any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, etc.) in the system before vehicle is parked.
  • Securely store vehicle keys in the designated key area while the vehicle is awaiting parking.
  • Assist guests as they exit the vehicle and provide direction or assistance to the hospital entrance as needed.
  • Help coordinate with valet drivers regarding vehicle assignments and departure times.
  • Maintain neat, accurate records of vehicle intake and condition, ensuring all software entries and paperwork are up to date and error-free.
  • Uphold safety and organizational standards in the valet area at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Good customer service and communication skills, especially when interacting with guests of all ages and in potentially stressful situations.
  • Comfortable learning and using valet software or electronic ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work on your feet, assist with light physical duties, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
