Enrollment Representative
Location: Orange, CA - Onsite
Pay: $21/hour + overtime pay when applicable
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

The Opportunity
We're hiring Enrollment Representatives to join a rapidly growing healthcare company and help process Medicare Advantage enrollments. This is primarily a data-entry and administrative role where accuracy, speed, reliability, and attention to detail matter.

What You'll Do
  • Enter, review, and update Medicare Advantage enrollment applications.
  • Verify eligibility and ensure applications meet CMS requirements.
  • Review applications for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation.
  • Process plan changes, denials, and special election requests.
  • Identify and escalate enrollment errors or discrepancies.
  • Respond to questions from agents, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to obtain missing information.
  • Work toward a production goal of approximately 80-110 applications per day as you ramp up.
  • Track daily productivity, turnaround times, and accuracy.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of data entry or office experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • 35+ WPM typing speed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Comfortable making occasional outbound calls.
  • Healthcare, insurance, Medicare Advantage, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Training & Overtime
4 weeks of training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
After training, the standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Overtime will be required based on business needs, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturdays.
You should be prepared to work approximately 40-60 hours per week during peak periods. Eligible overtime hours are paid at the applicable overtime rate (typically 1.5x the regular hourly rate), providing an opportunity to increase your weekly earnings.
Important: No time off will be approved from your start date through December 15 due to training and peak business volume. No Sunday work.
