Key Responsibilities – Service Advisor:  

  • Greet customers, answer questions, guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more
  • Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately 
  • Communicate technician findings and recommendations clearly and honestly 
  • Prepare cost estimates, obtain approvals, and manage repair timelines 
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process 

 
What You Bring:  

  • Automotive dealership service advisor experience is strongly preferred 
  • Strong computer, customer service, communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way 
  • A positive and professional demeanor 
  • Commitment to ethical and transparent service 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
