Service Advisor – Academy CDJR (Tipton, IN)

Chariot Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Academy CDJR in Tipton, Indiana. If you have experience with Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, positive service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
  • Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up
  • Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
  • Help drive customer retention and high CSI scores
What We’re Looking For:
  • Automotive service advisor experience preferred (CDJR experience a strong plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to upsell maintenance and services in a professional, ethical manner
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
