The Logistics Coordinator role is a critical administrative position supporting daily operations inside an active industrial environment.

As a Logistics Coordinator in Chattanooga, TN, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance across all logistics activities. This Logistics Coordinator position is primarily office-based but located on-site at a fertilizer plant, so comfort working in an industrial setting is important. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting both field teams and external partners.

Position Overview:
In this Logistics Coordinator role, you will manage the flow of inbound and outbound shipments while handling the documentation and communication that keeps operations efficient and compliant. You'll work closely with drivers, plant personnel, and leadership to ensure timelines are met and reporting is accurate.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating daily truck schedules and communicating with drivers and carriers
• Preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including bills of lading and required compliance paperwork
