We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Bilingual Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Spring, TX team. This admin assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on exposure to sales operations, customer engagement, and order management. You will play a key role in supporting sales efforts, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring accuracy across all sales processes. This admin assistant position works closely with both inside and outside sales teams to help drive efficiency and growth.


What you'll be doing:

  • Answer and route incoming customer calls professionally
  • Enter and manage quotes, orders, and customer data in internal systems
  • Track orders and communicate shipping status with customers
  • Maintain and update CRM records
  • Assist with customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions
  • Prepare quotes using internal tools and pricing structures
  • Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams on customer needs
  • Learn product lines and inventory to better support business needs
  • Gather and report competitive market information


Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (preferably in a sales environment)
  • Strong customer service mindset with proven experience supporting clients
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
